Recently, my niece from Long Island City, sent me two boxes of the most wonderful Sweets of India. Whenever I travel to New York City, I make it a point to visit all the small spice and tea stores. I am also a chocolate lover; are you?

Missing Long Island City

It's been a year since I visited my niece in Long Island City, NY. I loved this place along the bank of the East River. I often took the ferry across it to Manhattan; a significant hike to Fifth Avenue; and on to Time Square.
